This is one of the must-see places in this region. History, legacy, tradition, kindness are just words I find nice. But somehow they make a huge role in this. The first time I visited this place was way to long ago and the change of the environment really surprised me. It has become a functional town centre for having a nice walk through the park, having a meal, dinner, breakfast or just a cup of coffee and letting your little ones play around freely. For the animal lovers you have a wide variety of specialities made of meat and for the raw meat lovers there are some adorably loveable ponies in the corner of the ranch who, besides liking to get fed grass to them, also like to get pet. If you're still not convinced to come, you should know that, for the 4 hours I stayed there with my wife and 2 kids (one of them is a dog), the toilet has been cleaned 3 times and it smelled like the most buttery part of your sweetest dreams. Although there is a sign in front stating that dogs are not allowed in, small dogs are certainly more than welcome (I'm not sure about big ones because there were no at the time we stayed there), just make sure to pick everything up after them and don't be a filthy dog-owner. Finally, If you like it soooo much that you don't want to leave, you can stay and be a guest in the rooms which are located in the longest hallway I have ever seen in my...

Castle as such is beautiful, with lovely garden and scenery. We went there (4 of us) to get a lunch after visiting the castles of Vojvodina. Pretty tired, we were sitted in the garden and got drinks while waiting for a spot in the restaurant. Nobody informed us about time of wait. Turns out, wait time is 30 mins (and they forgot to inform us, until we protested). After another 30 mins we got one more round of drinks and placed an order for food. WE WAITED FOR FOOD AN HOUR AND A HALF!!! Nobody got decency to check on us, give any info, or even take orders for more drinks (you got thirsty after 2 hours in one place). So, the order comes up, 3 portions out of 4, no salads, no bread. Half cold. The 4th is yet to come (time unknown). So, 3 of us gets to eating, only for one of us to find a cockroach in the meal!!!! Overall: lousy service, poor management and handling of the situation, long wait. Such a shame that place like this cannot live up to its potential. We understand that it can get crowded and busy, but they did not take any action to make things better, for us or other guests. After this, we are not visiting again (management definitely does not have a...

Awful service. Our company of three remained invisible for at least an hour. Then one of us had to get up and start looking for a waiter. Finally, a non-guest is found. Promised we'd be served "soon". Half an hour later, we spot another one, ask him if we can be served; answers to wait for "our waiter". Finally agrees to apparently break the strange code and serve us himself. Having had our coffee, we decide to have dinner there (desperation). We go to the restaurant area, choose a table, but are asked by a surprisingly present waiter to "pick a clean table" and saving the trouble of cleaning the one of our choice. The funniest thing is that they were not deliberately unhelpful. They genuinely thought it was normal behavior. Next level of unbelievable. Please please please do not do not keep embarrassing yourselves. The place is too lovely, and the food is...

Wow people, I lived all my life like 60 km from this place and I never knew that it is there! It is a must see if you like castles and history. It was built in the English style. The constructing lasted from 1816 till 1820. The castle was built by the Lazar family and at the official opening ceremony, on August 28, 1820, Franz Liszt, a famous violinist, played. Austro-Hungarian Archduke Franz Ferdinand was often guest of this estate and from this place he traveled to Sarajevo where he was assasined. Also Serbian regent Aleksandar was often gest of this beautiful estate, he loved to hunt on this area. Place offers rooms, restaruant and very nice park outside on 6ha area.

Castle looks amazing. Has a great potential. It was neglected for a long time. It was recently renovated, but in not best way. Park is nice and it's getting better. Parts closer to castle are in better shape than further ones. Rooms are clean and cosy. Bed is comfortable. Hallways are beutiful with deer trophies hanged on the walls with paintings and some old details. Restaurant staff can be more polite we had to chase the guy for drinks. Seemed like he did not liked the job there. Food is like home made. Not perfect, but tasty. Has potential for trainings, ceremonies... If invested in and tied up it can really be a jewel especially for family with small kids...
