People abandon small kittens and puppies in this zoo and the owner gets rid of them. I know it is not the owners fault, he has clearly stated strays are not welcome, but he was also offered help with the animals people leave there and he refused. Also, he should install security footage and lock the zoo after closing hours so people cannot abandon animals there. Instead, he calls animal control - which is notorious for killing strays, especially cats, since there are NO public cat shelters in Serbia and they cannot do anything but dump them on the landfill or kill them. U can find two parrots that look sad in their small prison and 4 baby dogs, very small, without their mum, food or water. A small House of lose bricks was there for them. Kids were throwing them around, when I saw them yesterday. The pigs and lamas seem to be the happy ones in this zoo.

The premises are not big but they have different species, such as a snake, monkey, farm animals, etc. Mind you, the bear is presently in Belgrade.
