We came on Sunday and it was closed, although the website and the sticker with working hours on the door both indicate that the Gallery works on weekends. Shame! Luckily for us, the private gallery in the same courtyard (called Naiva Art Kult) worked and the owner Bosko was very kind to tell us the story with true love for Kovacica art movement and showed all paintings that he has on offer (and he has a lot of the best naive artists!). I found his stories more interesting that anything you could read yourself, since he knew all the artists personaly and has some great stories to tell. So, my advice is, even if you manage to get into the Municipal Gallery, don't miss to go across the yard and ask Bosko dozen of questions. Even maybe buy...
