We went to see the Rapaljka Waterfall today. Firstly, the SatNav took us to not drivable country lane (no parking)! We had to walk in a scorching heat up the hill for at least 45minutes, trying not to twist our ankles on hard to walk route. Secondly, once we have reached the waterfall destination we have been nasty surprised to see that the waterfall didn't exist at all- as dried up!!! Not a single drop of water obviously for some time! This waterfall is more of a seasonal feature, rather than the beautiful nature we have hoped to see. Therefore we can not recommend this place as it was a disappointing waste of time and...

A great place to visit. Ripaljka waterfall (Рипаљка) is located in the central-eastern Serbia, on the Gradašnica river, near the town of Soko Banja. It is one of the highest in Serbia. It consists of 11 cascades with a total height of 40 m. The highest cascade is 11 m, while the others are smaller, from 0.5 to 2 m.
