Beautiful. Incredible nature, clean river and fresh air. Unfortunately, a lot of people don't know this place exists. The gorge begins with the dam, and is about 1.5km long.The river is formed by the merging of Vranjskog Creek and Valja Strnjaku Creek. There's an prerast(natural rock bridge) Kasonje in the gorge. If you want to visit this gorge, be prepared to step part of the road through the river (which is not very deep especially in the summer months). The water from the river is clean and can be drinked (the village is supplied with drinking water from the river). Osanička River Gorge is protected natural good of third category.

Osanička prerast je najniža prerast u Srbiji. Nalazi se na oko pola sata hoda od sela. Postoji markirana kružna staza dužine oko 5 km. Prerast se nalazi iznad Osaničke reke i staza prolazi kroz nju. Treba poneti duboke čizme jer se ide kroz reku u nekim delovima. Onaj ko se boji zmija neka ne kreće, jer ima poskoka po drveću. Ova staza se ne može preći kolima. Čeona lampa se preporučuje u prerasti jer je dosta tamno.

Naše iskustvo je bilo prelepo, posetili smo Osaničku reku tokom radnog dana posle podne i bili smo sami samcijati. Došli smo neopremljeni - bez čizama, ali smo se izuli i prelazili reku na nekim delovima do prerasti. Prelep osećaj i doživljaj. Nismo se sreli sa zmijama 🙏
