This is the best high up, viewpoint that we found for visibility and assistance in knowing what we were looking at on Mahe, and really in all of the Seychelles.
You’re looking north, overv the red roofs of Eden Harbor, and beyond, and on a clear Day you can even see Praslin and La Digue islands.
Most helpful, there is a wide plaque, which I have pictured in the photos. It identifies every major island and spot that you can see in front of you.
For us, having sailed out of Eden harbor north, and covered all the areas that we were seeing from this viewpoint, going here was a real treat.
There are spaces for parking and you can also park along the side of the road if the spots are full.
