Elin Dance Studio — Attraction in Singapore

Love this bungee dance studio! (They also have a few other types of classes available such as aerial yoga, though these are less frequent in the class schedule.) Bungee dance is low impact on the joints, while still being a great strength and cardio workout, and with some musical / dance-like element to it. The equipment is safe and the instructors are all very professional, well-versed with adjusting the resistance, harness, etc according to individual needs. The instructors are enthusiastic and encouraging, giving challenging yet doable moves according to students’ abilities and the class difficulty level (ranging from 1 to 3 stars, and also family classes catering to younger kids), as well as paying close attention to all students to provide corrections and modifications. High-quality videos are also filmed at the end of each lesson and available for students to download, which make for great memories and/or reference for improvement. The front desk staff members are also very patient and lovely in helping with enquiries and booking, and are understanding and accommodating, not pushy at all. There are one-time trial lessons at $30 and also larger packages (sometimes with discounts) for those who wish to continue. Would highly recommend giving this a try, no matter whether you just want to try something new and fun, and whether you want to commit to a new type of exercise routine! Special shout-out to Instructor Peishan, who is not only incredibly skilled but also super patient and encouraging. She explains techniques clearly, pays attention to every student, and creates such a positive vibe in class.

Not forgetting Fallon at the front desk, who’s always so helpful and friendly — she always assists me with class bookings and even goes the extra mile when I have trouble logging into the app. A true asset to the company!
