Opening hours was stated as 9am to 6pm. No details was given that the registration counter for prayer/donation closed as early as 4.30pm for consolidation. I was simply blocked by the signboard at the entrance to the registration counter "We are closed". The staff who were still working inside told me they closed for consolidation by 4.30pm and to come again another day. I was actually there around 4pm and contributed to the Sangha Offering for myself and on behalf of all my friends.

However, as I was leaving the temple, a friend called and wanted to make extra donations. Hence, I went back. But, this was such a bad experience that I felt that they do not need our donation.

Please state the opening hours of your registration counter in your website, Facebook and signboard outside your temple. Do not make devotees travelled all the way there assuming its closing time is at 6pm but was told that this was meant for the main gate but not the registration counter.

I do not stay next to the temple to go back again easily as most of us are working. I was very turned off by this bad experience.
