The base is one star, if there is a negative option, I believed I would give that. Never was I being humiliated and given the marching orders for trying out their massage chairs. And mind you, it's not that I had never bought their products before. I was resting on their massage chair and apparently, the salesperson received a call from their "boss" who was questioning him why was I on the massage chair. Goodness me, now I know why a foreign country retail outlet would never achieve the same or better standard of a local one. Cause if the "boss" or manager reacts to customers like that, they should jolly well pack up their bags and return to where they came from. Cause not only they lost a genuine customers who had been supporting their products, they also spurred me on to deter my friends, clients and family to stop patronising them. That's because I always believed that service comes before products, and they just pushed me to their competitors to purchase a massage chair within 15 mins. On 1 May 2024, we upgraded our Ogawa Master Drive Plus to Master Drive AI at Suntec Mother’s Day Roadshow. The Sales Manager assured us that Master Drive AI and Ogawa app are good and have no problems connecting with all phones.
On 13 May 2024, our new Master Drive AI was delivered but to our huge disappointment, its Bluetooth persistently could not connect to our phone! This issue was repeatedly escalated to Ogawa Customer Service Manager and Technical Team from 14 May – 3 Jun 2024. Technicians came thrice, we spoke to Customer Service Manager many times but till today @15 Jun 2024, Bluetooth connectivity problem is still NOT resolved. Ogawa’s reply to us “wait for their engineer to do something”. This is the way they treat loyal customers?!? Wait till when???
