Pang Sua PCN Fishing Deck — Attraction in Singapore

For all intents & purposes by the relevant authorities, erecting a fishing deck here is a fail in my books. The environment does not feel conducive to fishing even for the casual person/family who might "dabble" in fishing. The deck is a good 10m above the water surface. Even conventional rods (eg up to 2.7m) won't get the cast too far from the deck.
