Been a loyal customer and buying the chicken kebab (whenever available) during my work-from-home. However, this stuff'd outlet is really the WORST in terms of service... please only visit when you have the patience.

I've wrote in the first time about a fly entering my kebab and when I told the staff, she just shoo-ed it away and still served me the kebab. Customer service reassured that they had done a clean-up of the place for pests etc and offered me a free chicken kebab.

Usually staff are blunt and emotionless which is okay since it is a fast-casual joint. However, I'm done with Stuff'd Northpoint ever since my latest visit. I came at 11am and was the only one in the queue. Staff wanted to shoo me away because she had pending Grabfood orders. Told me to "if you want, you wait till I finish" which she proceeded to show me a loooong list of 8 or more orders. I told her that I was rushing off and since I'm the only one physically in the walk-in queue, can she do mine first?. She said no, bluntly. So clearly, the SOP is to prioritise delivery services over walk-in. Management should really look into the flow of operations and the whole staff management & attitude. So just a note to all customers out there, don't waste your time... You'll be waiting forever or be shoo-ed away. :)
