Novopostavený chrám v Bratislave-Krasňanoch bol v roku 2009 povýšený na katedrálny chrám vojenského ordinára.[ Dovtedy bola v rokoch 2003 -2009 dočasným hlavným chrámom ordinariátu Katedrála svätých Jána z Mathy a Felixa z Valois, ľudovo Kostol trinitárov. Katedrála je zasvätená sv. Šebastiánovi, ktorý je aj patrónom ordinariátu. Autorom projektu je Ing. arch. Ladislav Bánhegyi.

Jeden z mála skvostov modernej architektúry kostolov, hlavne v jeho interiéri, kde sú vytvorené mozaiky talianskeho majstra a jeho spolupracovníkov, ktorí vytvorili taktiež mozaiky v San Giovani Rotondo v kostole, kde sú uložené zostatky padra Pia. Sú krásne a jedinečné, len škoda, že tento kostol nie je cez deň voľne sprístupnený pre širokú verejnosť a veriacich, čo podľa mňa je...
