Jarabinský prielom — Attraction in Jarabina

Very nice ravine, not too long, quite easy to go through, even for kids. I’ve been there in the middle of summer so there’s not much water in the creek which makes the hike even easier, since you have to cross the creek several times. You can barely meet other people there, which is good. You can start the hike in the village of Jarabina, but it is better to go by car - you have to go off the main road and use the country lane to get to the start of the hike - info table is there. Obec Jarabina leží niekde na polceste medzi dvoma často navštevovanými lokalitami v okolí Starej Ľubovne – Ľubovnianskym hradom a pútnickým miestom na hore Zvir nad Litmanovou. Nie je veľmi známa, no skrýva jednu zaujímavosť, ktorá stojí za návštevu. V skalách nad kameňolomom potok vytesal zaujímavú tiesňavu – Jarabinský prielom. Príjemne ma prekvapilo, že turistické trasy k prielomu zasvietili novotou. Najstrmšie a často zablatené úseky prekryli oceľové schody a vznikli tu dve vyhliadky, Komu sa návšteva kratučkého prielomu máli, môže si to zamieriť k neďalekej fotogenickej Čertovej skale.
