Read moreI first ordered with lumigreen a year ago, and then a few times this year - before and during corona. Overall my experience was good - last year when trees didn't take, there were no problems with reclamations. This year before corona, all plans came in great condition apart from one (i ordered about a 100 plants) whereby the one was successfully and swiftly reimbursed. However, as soon as corona started, the order took a month to complete (which by all means i understood) and when the order did come some plants seemed not in such a good condition (required me to do some saving)... and a few were not actually the same that i ordered.. a la wrong color. Of course, for these I too was reimbursed (although this time it took longer). I would say, that I know things must have been difficult during this time, however there should have been some quality control in place - why should I receive a plant that is dry or frozen or rotten? Why should i receive a plant that is supposed to be pink and has even a picture on the plant in pink and blooms in yellow? Quality control is what has in the last two months really dragged down the quality of lumigreen. I am really sorry that has happened, given my previous experience was great. Therefore the 4 stars, in hope that more quality management and product screening will be put into place -- as otherwise, I will start going to proper...
This was the first time I ordered some herbs and as much as I read many negative reviews of this shop before ordering I decided I have to write a review, too. The plants came home perfectly wrapped in a box. I told myself I was pretty happy they used as little plastic as possible while packing the stuff (the earth will thank you) . What more - even if the courier didnt accept the warnings “fragile”, “dont flip it”, “there are plants inside”, it was packed so perfectly that the plants inside couldn’t move. So when I unpacked them, they were all nice. I am not able to bring home such nice flowers from the garden centre by car as they sent me home by the courier. The herbs are already in the soil growing nicely, bringing joy to my eyes. :) thank you! Good job. It wasn’t the last time I bought...

Delivering the wrong plants whereof some didn´t survive the 1 week courier time, no response to phone calls with 1 exception where they asked for a picture of the plants to be returned - this was 1 month ago with no further actions. They owe us over €500 for delivering the wrong plants and even a letter that we gave the case to our lawyer didn´t receive any response.
