Krvavec Ski Lift — Attraction in Cerklje na Gorenjskem

Very nice ski place with beautiful views. It has different slopes for skiers of all levels. You come on top with cable car, we never waited longer than few minutes (and we were there during school holidays) - Parking is free and near. On the slopes are several restaurants (you can ski to them) - I would recommend restaurant Plaza (translated to English would be "beach") - when it is sunny you can also seat outside and enjoy the sun. It offers different kinds of food, they serve also "real" food (e.g. something to eat with a spoon), not just fast food. Great Ski Resort! We had great time on Ski Center Krvavec. We were located in the valley 6km from the resort. If you park your car far away because of crowded parking there are regular buses that takes you to the entrance. You have to take Gondola that brings you to the ski lifts and the slopes. There are around 30 kilometers ski pistes. Pistes are great and in good condition. From Top of Krvavec you can go to the lift that takes you to the Zvoh, the highest peak. We had great time on sunny day on the Beach! Beach is in front of the hotel Krvavec. There are chairs, bar, restaurant and great view on the slopes. We really liked cozy restaurant in hotel Rozka. Closest ski resort to Ljubljana. Park at the gondola for a 12 minute ride to the slopes or drive an extra 30 min to catch the chair lifts. Great bunny slopes for kids and beginners, including a magic carpet, and other varied options when the conditions allow all the lifts to be open. No restaurant at the bottom of the gondola, one at the top of the gondola, and a couple at the top of the first 4-person chair lift. Ski rentals available at the top of the gondola.
