Krvavec Ski Resort — Attraction in Cerklje na Gorenjskem

The daily ski pass failed to work in the middle of all ski slopes, not allowing me to enter the chairlifts. Had to go all the way down to the information center just to change it, do 1 chairlift ride and then the second pass stopped working. When I asked the security guard if this happens often, he answered “all day-every day” . Went back down for the second time, and to my surprise, the information center at the end of the slopes does not work AFTER 13. So basically I had 2 ski passes that supposedly should have been used until 17 but didn’t and there was noone to help me fix this or replace them after 13h. (In the middle of the season!) 41 eur for a daily pass, people. The slopes were frozen, bumpy and just terrible.

When I came down to completely return the card, the blonde, terrible makeup, (d*mb looking) girl working at the reception was smirking at me and said that its not her problem and that she can see that the ski pass worked all day (she implied I was lying), She took the ski pass that is faulty and put it in a pile with the rest of them. It couldn’t have worked all day because obviously I got it after 12 ( and someone probably returned it earlier because of the same issue). I feel scammed, therefore, anyone reading this, just go somewhere else, Kranjska gora, Italy or Austria. You will not regret listening to this advice.

Unpredictable operation of lifts !!!

Great weather , sunny eanough snow 60cm and there is just one chairlift for more for kids open !!!

There was little bit stronger wind around 12 on top. but from 13:30 almost nothing today!

You don't deserve any good reference , lazy staff!

Especially during Covid 19 times you keep people to wait in crowd in in one open chairlift!!

You deserve for this behaviour to be closet completely!

The experience was terrible, the site of ski resort was saying like 40 cm of snow and we decided to come on top of the mountain. Not only we had yo pay 2 euro just to get to the lifter, but there was literally no snow, even though the lifters were open and they happily sold us 4 hour passes for 36 euro each. (there were only a few lifters open) We got up on the lifter and there was terrible ice, which was impossible to ride, with such conditions the lifters should be closed. When we proceeded to return our passes, because of no snow we saw a girl with a broken hand and they also refused to return anything even after i have explained about terrible condition of the ski slope (we spend at max 30 minutes of our 4 hours). NEVER COME...
