There are not a lot of panoramic points with that in their repertoire, i think. The ground floor has a shop with local culinary specialties and you can taste quality wines and juices. And of course a "normal" bar offering. The tower is near the eastern-most city of Slovenia, Lendava, so if you are situated there for a few days, you can even walk here.
