Parkiramo lahko v Solkanu pri obracaliscu avtobusov zraven solkanskega mostu. Gremo cez most in po kolesarski poti v smer Plave. Po 30 min hoje, pridemo do izhodiscne tocke za na Sabotin-park miru in do okrepcevalnice. Pred tem so se dve drugi markirani poti po katerih se pride na Sabotin. Po 15min hoje pridemo do prve klopce in razgledne tocke, na poti do vrha so se tri druge razgledne tocke. Po 1h, pridemo do vojaskih rovov, nato je se 15min do okrepcevalnice. Ce Gremo desno od okrepcevalnice pridemo se do drugih razglednih tock. Na levo od okrepcevalnice, po vrhu grebena pa pridemo na vrh Sabotina. 4h 30 min skupno s pavzami.
