We visited the Waterpark yesterday and unfortunately, we were left with some unpleasant impressions:
We arrived at 10:00 AM, an hour after the park had already opened. However, it felt like the park wasn’t properly prepared for guests. All the sun loungers were wet and dirty.
There were very few tubes and mats available for the slides, while the number of people far exceeded this amount. As a result, there was a constant need to wait.
According to the waterpark's rules, after riding a slide, one is supposed to give the mat or tube to the next person. However, many children—and even adults—ignored this rule, cutting in line without any regard for others. Unfortunately, the waterpark staff did nothing to control this situation.
Some of the slides were closed, and those that were open only operated for a short time before closing again within an hour.
There weren’t enough staff members, not only on the slides but also at the food stands, which led to more long lines.
We visited on a holiday, and the place was extremely crowded with no limit on the number of visitors. In the pools, we were practically on top of each other. By the afternoon, the water quality had deteriorated significantly, with a lot of trash and dirt floating around.
We hope the management pays more attention to these issues and takes better control of the situation...
Read moreAqualuna is a vibrant terminal park that offers a plethora of enjoyable activities and attractions. The atmosphere is lively, making it a great spot for families and friends to gather and have fun. From water features to playgrounds, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
However, it's important to note that the park can be quite slippery, which poses a safety concern. Visitors should be cautious, especially in wet areas, to avoid any accidents. While Aqualuna has many joyful experiences to offer, ensuring safety should be a priority for everyone. Overall, it's a delightful place, but visitors should remain vigilant while having fun.
Aqua Luna offers a variety of meal options, but unfortunately, my experience with the food was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. The long wait times for meals were quite frustrating, making it difficult to fully relax and enjoy my day at the park.
Additionally, the taste of the food left much to be desired. It didn't quite meet my expectations, and I found myself wishing for better quality options. While Aqua Luna has a lot to offer in terms of activities and atmosphere, I would recommend considering dining elsewhere if you're looking for a satisfying meal. Overall, it's a fun place to visit, but the food experience could use significant...
Read moreA disappointing visit. When we arrived at 9 a.m., the lady at the cash desk told us that electricity would be cut between 1.30 and 5, and that the slides would not work. She offered us a 30% discount. No information about this on the website of Aqualuna. The kids had been looking forward to the aqua park, so we still went. Of the 8 slides, 2 slides did not open at all. 2 slides (cobra and the one with the blue tubes) only opened after 11 a.m., 2 slower slides were old and so painful on our backs that even the kids refused to go twice. For three slides you need either tubes or mats, of which there are not enough for everyone, so really long queues (on a day with few visitors!) to get one of the very very few tubes. At 12.50 suddenly all the slides stopped, which was 40 minutes earlier than they had said. Forgot to mention the wave pool. It opens at 11 a.m. and only operates on the hour for like 10 minutes, so we only had the waves at 11 and 12. For so little operating times and the two best slides not open at all, even at 30% discount it was...
