It is a nice place for a day of skiing for people of all skill levels.

It is possible to rent the gear (skis, snowboards & boots and helmets) on the spot, and i personally found it to be comfortable and affordable.

The slope is accomodating to all levels, even on the big slope there is a spot where you can get off halfway if you don't feel comfortable going all the way up. However, there is very little space between the beginners/learners slope and the advanced slope, which means that...

So we were a group of 8 and 6 of us took beginners group lesson. The instructor assigned to us was very rude and horrible at teaching + communication. Too expensive for what you get in return. Not a lot has changed since SnowWorld took over but all the changes I've noticed are negative:

• Lockers cost money now (€2,5 per visit)
• If you don't book online in advance everything is more expensive (e.g. €3 surplus for any ski pass, which is honestly inexcusable)
• Prices have gone up and are the same as other SnowWorld venues (but here you get a lot less for the money compared to e.g. Landgraaf).
