WARMBAD ZOO — Attraction in Bela Bela Local Municipality

We randomly saw a sign on the road and stopped by, just in time for a tour. Malome Solly met us at the gate. He was welcoming, funny, patient and knowledgeable. Tour is an hour (great for a quick stop) and we saw many animals (3 of which is never seen in my life and I have been on over 10 game drives and visited different zoos around the world). It's really a lovely experience and worth every it. I didn't post any pics to avoid spoilers. The lady who picked up the phone was also friendly. The space is small but it is a zoo after all but Malome Solly's relationship with the animals is also so lovely. He genuinely cares for them. Thank you team for lovelyly wrap up to a sho't left...

Oh What a Gem!

Firstly the convenience of the Game drive in a Zoo with a guided tour. Perfect to take little children as the duration of the drive is not too long for them.

Lize & Ed were fantastic guides, they were both engaged, informative and all round friendly. They were able to accommodate us at the time best suited for our family.

The tour guide was so friendly and very insightful. He always asked if we was okay and had seen enough before moving to the next animal. I learnt so much and enjoyed my time on the tour seeing all the animals well taken care of and loved. Seeing our tour guide communicate with the animals in a playful manner had us in giggles and aw.
