Basically this is the closest beach to our house. We enjoy going there throughout the year but from October thats when you see people misbehaving(coming to the beach with alcohol & drink it in front of children & adults.Worse part yesterday(5th of October 2024)people were playing music with a speaker & Drinking alcohol I was disappointed & angry because next time how many people will do the same or worse? After drinking their alcohol they threw away their alcohol container next to them didn't even bother throwing them in the bin or back home or wherever.
Last year I used to see security patrolling & checking if no one is drinking alcohol & hiding from the crowd they even called police to take a couple drinking(alcohol) in public trying to hide it.
All I am saying is simple Bigbay beach is a family friendly beach. If people keep on playing music & drinking alcohol this beach won't be safe or family...
Read moreA hidden gem of a beach. Much more private. It is part of the nature reserve is there is a very small unnoticeable entrance fee. If you want to enjoy the beach I recommend you move to the right of the entrance of the beach. That side the sand is not riddled with seashells and you can put up am umbrella, tan...

There are also toilets and showers at the beach and lots of restaurant look into the beach. It's always busy and...
