What a lovely place. It has beautiful views so it's a great location for photos. The sand is soft but the water was very cold. Entry is free for day visitors. There are a few under cover picnic spots and some spots have a table and chairs. Bring a gazebo, tent or umbrella along in case the shady areas are taken. It has big grass patches and multiple play parks for kids. Get there early for parking. There aren't many parking spots available and traffic cops were writing out tickets for people who had parked illegally that day. The beach has a tidal pool and a long stretch of white sand meeting the turquoise ocean where you can walk, swim or simply relax. It is a clean space with multiple public bathrooms. I would recommend that you pack toilet roll if you're going to be there early or late as it is only restocked around 10am and can run out later in the day. Also bring hand sanitizer or soap because some dispensers were empty. There are braai facilities, enough for everyone who braaied that day. There are a a few chalets and camping spots, with and without electricity, available for hire at a minimal cost. This place is definitely a...

Cape Farms. West Coast.

Such a beautiful beach. The first time we by chance came across this beach on one of our drives.

The beach is lovely and clean. No alcohol is allowed on the beach and if you park illegally, you will be fined.

Love this as it shows that the the beach has rules and that these rules are enforced. Entrance is free if you are a day visitor, which is also good.

There are only a few shaded areas to braai and more would have been welcome. I think it would be a good idea if they rent out umbrellas as they do at Strand Beach. It’s definitely needed here.

There are more than enough toilets and it is kept relatively clean.

There are camping spots and chalets that are rented out for those who wants to make use of...

Beautiful clean beaches with pool. Plenty of space to spread out for the day. Parking adequate. A lot of stairs from the pavilion to the beach. Entry closed to day visitors at 6pm. Security at the main gate. Entrance is free. Cafe...
