Delapidated,hive for criminals and dangerous to the public,I've seen this place go down after a 28 million upgrade,the person who took over from the previous manager had no idea what he was doing and put the reserve in the condition it is now coz he was to obsessed concentrating on keeping the fishermen out,people who lived of fishing,something that was done since forever and he came to change it with his ignorance and inhumane ways,hope whoever's going to take over will restore the reserve toits former glory and let the fishermen return to put food on...

Picnic spot next to zeekoevlei lake. Recently upgraded with toilet à Braai facilities. Entry is free!

tranquil peaceful. Was once surrounded by first like yes and was never fully utilise. Mainly due to security reasons. Nowadays its been cleared of most trees with a newly developed housing scheme. One can't swim there's but still a Great picnic spot. Just be cautious as its...

The view is beautiful its a nice recreational area for water sports and fishing, running, cycling, picnick area, Fynbos Nature, Bird watching.

Currently ecoli levels are bit high in the water so catching fish and doing water sports are bit of a risk. The local authority is working on...
