Domaine Brahms — Attraction in Drakenstein Local Municipality

I want to take my time writing this review becouse I just can't express in words exactly how awesome this place is. I made a booking for my Birthday 6 October at the Toeka Restaurant for the Sunday Buffet and invited my friends and family. We were a group of 24 people and I was a bit worried that we might be a bit noisy for the other people at the restaurant, but when I got there they set up a separate area just for our group. They even dished up separate serving dishes and trays for us. We were given our own buffet table. I was so impressed with how they organized everything for us I did not even ask them to do this. The food was out of this world. We had starters, mains and desserts. They even had a separate bar area for us where only us could order from. We were offered a wine tasting of their own Wine that they produce and export. It was world class wine and very well priced. While sitting at the table they came to us with a raffle and we all had to take a nr, I was then asked to draw the lucky nr and one of my guests was given a bottle of their award winning Pinotage! It was so Special and my guests tought that I had arranged this but I did not it was all from Toeka! It was just so perfect and they made everything and everyone feel excited and relaxed while enjoying the great food and drinks and having fun.

Toeka all I can say is Thank you, thank you to you and your team for doing what you did for someone that you didn't even know. I didn't in my wildest thoughts ever imagine or expect what you guys did for me and my group. Everything was so smooth, so perfect. All my guests left happy and said how they enjoyed the food and ambiance.

We went to Domaine Brahms today to see the show and drink something. What an awesome place! Unfortunately the waiters did not seem to care much about us sitting at the table. We didn't mind waiting a while to be helped. And we didn't complain having to wait a while for our food as well. But my salad did not have everything on that was on the menu. I asked the waiter and she said it shouldn't have sauce. I asked her for the menu and she didnt bring it. I went to get the menu and showed one of the other waiters that it is missing ingredients. The waiter took so long I ate the salad and when I saw him he said the cheff is probably still making the sauce. I complained which is something I hate doing. The manager and cheff was very nice and i didnt pay for the salad but why did it happen in the first place? Because of...

Had a dinner party here the other day. Bought some wine, not expecting too much... But wow what an incredible wine farm. Their Quartet redwine is incredible...and all their wines are super affordable.

Follow up: Brought my parents here for a wine tasting after my last experience, something I don't get to do often. Was sooooo disappointed! Arrived there with no willing person to help us with a tasting. After 5min I asked someone and with great reluctantly he help us. Every time you asked him something it seemed like the worst thing in the world. Moreover, when we eventually decided to buy their wine, their wine was "locked up" in a store room and we couldn't take anything home. I'd think twice before...
