What a fantastic adventure nestled in the middle of Port Shepstone! Your hosts, Ranger Eve, Ranger Clint, Ranger Sam and Ranger Ali, are a high energy family that are driven to entertain. We were given our missions by Ranger Eve, and she was INCREDIBLE! This family run Dino Park is jam packed with exciting things to do and discover. The dinosaurs are absolutely mesmerising, with each scene laid out with an info board, detailing all you need to know about what you see. Activities include missions around the park, a paleontologists dig site, bonus missions and a dino show with the kids. Ranger Packs are available for R120 which is a wonderful addition. It has all sorts of tools in it to help complete your activity at the dig site faster. There is guarded parking on the road, and a shop inside stocking snacks and drinks. There is also a play area to keep kids entertained while waiting for the dino show. What you need to know: - bring your camera! There are GREAT photo ops galore! - wear rain boots and bring an umbrella if it rains. The park is still open during rainy days and should be a REAL treat for kids. - make sure you have breakfast before you go. The activities took us a full 2 hours and an empty stomach would have ruined the experience. - be prepared to run in circles, dance, count and learn how to pronounce weird Dino names. All in all, Dino Park SA is a brilliant place to visit, with tons of fun and smiles to be had by all and offers superb value for money.

Title: In Dire Need of Revamp - Dino Park South Coast My visit to Dino Park South Coast was, to say the least, disappointing. The first thing that struck me was the off-putting smell of dampness and mildew, a sure sign of neglect and lack of maintenance over an extended period. The park is peppered with garden gnomes, which was confusing as we were there to see dinosaurs, not garden gnomes. This irrelevant decor only contributed to the already lacking atmosphere and vibe of the place. When we finally got to see the dinosaurs, our disappointment only grew. The models are in dire need of a revamp and a fresh coat of paint. They looked faded and neglected, hardly the exciting experience we had anticipated. The reception wasn't any better. I was upsold additional packages that were not disclosed on the website, leaving a sour taste about the whole experience. In its current state, I can't recommend Dino Park South Coast. It's a shame because this could have been a fantastic adventure for dinosaur enthusiasts. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Dino Park in Port Shepstone is a true gem on the south coast. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how well kept the park was. The gardens were immaculate and the facilities were top-notch. But it was the tour guides who really made the experience for us. They were incredibly enthusiastic and passionate about dinosaurs. It was clear that this was more than just a job for them, and their love for these ancient creatures was contagious. We especially appreciated that Dino Park is a family run business, as it added a personal touch to our visit. The park itself is a unique and world-class experience. We were blown away by the life-size dinosaur models and the interactive exhibits. It was a truly memorable day out for the whole family. We hope to see Dino Park continue to grow and thrive in the future. It's a must-visit destination for anyone on the south coast, and we can't wait to go back and explore more. Five stars all the way!
