From the enthusiastic patient staff who are loving and good with kids, Caroline at the reception is just the best my son loves her sooooo much and full of life . The guys at the rental bikes are also so lovely, having people who love their work space is amazing to be around. I came here as a guardian to watch my son practice and I’m coming back as a member the environment is so chilled ,the trails are plenty with varying levels of difficulty and they have a very well priced restaurant on site so a nice cold something during or after a good sweat helps. Really great park.

The food is beyond amazing at an amazing price, good quality. My staple is a bacon and egg brekkie bun. I gave them a suggestion about which bun I prefer, and they changed it after I mentioned it to them. They take customers advice.

The trails are generally maintained very well.

Almost every staff member is extremely friendly, just 1 individual falls extremely short of this. Makes you feel like you've purchased an inferior bike. Has excuses as to why they have not gotten back to you on issues instead of being honest. This individual really needs lessons from everyone else at the park and even Cycle Lab Fourways staff. This 1 individuals mannerism is the loss of a star, if I did not have to deal with them, it would be a 5 star rating...

Really great spot for the family and for all skill levels, wether you just want to be a casual rider or you are a pro. You can rent a bike and helmet that are in fairly good condition or bring your own. For updated pricing guidelines visit their website. There are multiple tracks for all. A few kiddies tracks that even the parents can join for a casual ride. This place gets busy from 10am onwards. Riding times are from 6am-6pm.
