Bingo Royale Jeffreys Bay — Attraction in Kouga Local Municipality

I recently had the misfortune of dining at this restaurant, and I must say, it was a complete disaster. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff was not interested in providing good service.

Our server seemed put off by our presence, and it took an inordinate amount of time to take our orders. When I asked for a cup of coffee, I was expecting a hot, freshly brewed cup. What I got was a lukewarm cup that had clearly been sitting out for a while.

But the coffee was just the beginning. When our food arrived, we were shocked to find that there was no cutlery or serviettes provided. We had to ask multiple times for these basic essentials, and even then, they took an annoyingly long time to arrive.

It's clear that there is a severe lack of supervision at this restaurant. The staff seems to be doing the bare minimum, and it shows in the quality of service and food. As a paying customer, it's unacceptable to be treated with such disregard.

Unless this restaurant undergoes a serious overhaul of its staff and service, I would strongly advise against dining here. There are far better options available that actually care about providing a good customer experience.

Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant...

Dissapointment is an understatement. We first got there and waited for a little while before they came to help us then we ordered and a few seconds after I went to her and asked if they started making yet because i want to ask something then she said no but they don't have veggies to put with the food and she did not mention it when I ordered so if I didn't go to her I would have gotten the food without and paid for it. Apparently according to a friend after, it's been weeks that they didn't have veg, even if Pick n Pay is a few meters away. So basically they cutting costs with not giving customers veggies and customers still pay the full price. This was my first time there and I will never go again. Not only is there service slow and they chat to much to each other to concentrate, they gave me the wrong drink order and according to a friend that I spoke to after I was there, they are not accommodating and she had been there when it was the pasta special night and they didn't even have the correct pasta. I mean come on, you know it's special night. If I knew all this before hand. I would never have put my food...

Not once but at least twice during our regular visits, have we been treated like dirt at the restaurant.. Either they can't do this or that, or they don't have the calamari despite it being on the filthy plastic covered copy of the menu Most recently the meal arrived ages later and the steak... If one can call it that.. Was ice cold but the chips were hot.. When we asked to have it warmed the look we got from the waiter made it clear they don't need us there.. Not first time... I asked for Tabasco.. Dont have. Vinegar, they have... 15mibs later I'm. Told they don't have vinegar. And people rate this as excellent.. Crazy... I've witnessed people asking about menu items and then hear them telling the waiter "that's pathetic".... But seriously, the place had been ok but now the attitude is stuff you, we don't need you here... But that's great, we have better things to do when there anyway. Never again dear waitress... Your cheek is the downfall of...
