The facility is fine- trampolines have lost some bounce, the foam cubes are deteriorating, and I did call attention to one rusty nail sticking out. But it was mostly great and more convenient than the mall bounce places. The biggest downside though is the staff- they were sleeping on the trampoline, on their phone, or chatting and I didn’t see a single staff person interact with a kid. The kids need attention and not every parent is going to join theirs on the trampolines.

What a silly place. If you arrive at 9:40 and pay for 2 hours you only get 1 hour and 10 minutes. What a scam. I don’t feel like waiting 20 minutes with my 3 kids. So you loose.false advertising as well. See attached web site saying pay for 1 hour and get second hour for free.

Great venue, staff were very helpful but would suggest you book online your first time as you need to create a profile to sign the waiver. 2hrs of great fun for the kids.

We were on holiday in Ballito and wanted to add another venture to our trip. We found the jump park and decided to go early as we had a full day planned. Unfortunately, upon arriving at 09:10 the venue was still closed. We waited around until 09:30 when it was opened.

While we waited outside one of the workers was also there waiting and we asked her if the trampolines are suitable for adults too or only children, she informed us that it's only for children. We went inside and spoke to the lady at reception and she ensured us that adults can also jump.

There was no water in the restrooms when we arrived but that was quickly attended to.

The trampolines are not very "bouncy" and you have to make a tremendous effort to jump higher compared to other trampoline venues we've visited. The trampolines are definitely not suited for adults. You do not get what you pay for.

There was a terrible smell in the foam pit, not sure how often that gets cleaned.

You have to ask for the music to be turned on when you arrive.

The website also states that when you buy your one hour ticket you get an extended jump session from 09:00 to 13:00, when we requested this the lady at reception informed us that they no longer offer that and that it shouldn't actually be on the website anymore.

Overall, the staff was very friendly and the bathrooms very neat and we made the best...

Visited the Park today. The cashier did not inform us that the shop would be closing at 4.30pm while the park is open till 5pm. No signs to this effect. We tried to purchase crisps and cokes for our kids before 5pm (closing time) as we were leaving and were told by cashier Lindie that the shop is closed and we can't purchase anything. Not even cash. She did not even look interested in trying to assist us. She said the owner said she must close the shop at 4.30. There were 8 of us we would have spent at least R500 on snacks but she couldn't be bothered. She also refused to give us management's number saying it wasn't allowed. Disappointed in the pathetic service. Note. We were the only clients bar one other family there so I am sure it was a quiet day. I've never seen an employee who is told she must not make sales before closing time and then refuse the give us...
