Its a wonderful historical memorial site with an amazing view. You can reach Dias Cross from Bushmans River this is a little bit tougher walk as there is a few big dunes to cross, or you can have a relaxing walk from Boknes beach. You can see Dolphins and Whales from the site

Great view definitely worth the walk to see. I would suggest going in winter as the sun is not too hot for the walk and you can enjoy the view at the top. Also go when it's not too windy which around here (PE) is highly unlikely but take the chance when it's not too windy...

About 3,7 km from Boknes, around 45 minutes walk at a casual pase, worth-while to go and have a look, very interesting history as well as good scenery..! (Good exercise as well).

Beautiful. Safe to walk along the beach, from Boknes. Just short of 8ks. 10ks from Bushmans River. Better at lowtide as the sand is hard. One sad item. Some lowlife has ripped off the plaques from...
