Read moreWe visited Chelmsford, December 2018. What a shocker!!!! Previously the bathrooms were well maintained and clean!!! Now it is not worth even going into the bathrooms...rather use a bush..its cleaner!!! I was horribly disapointed!!!! What is going on with Parks Board???? Toilets are blocked. Windows shattered. Bins all broken...dirt lies inches thick..not to mention the bath....next time I will post a photo to show...you wont believe how..that once lovely place has been totally neglected!! Heart...
