On a very recent visit to the reserve, it was very sad to see this once beautiful reserve being so badly neglected, with overgrown grass that has not been cut in months throughout the reserve totally engulfing the picnic spots making it unsafe & uncomfortable to have a relaxing day visit, and all roads leading to these spots in an extremely poor state that will more than likely leave you with a massive vehicle repair bill just attempting to reach the picnic spots. Very nice fishing dam...but childish people that work there. There is a fishing and no fishing side at Leokop...absolutely no-one at the no fishing side and my one rod was like 2 meters on the other side of the no fishing board and the childish worker told me to move my rod. There was absolutely no one around us. Later the afternoon there came people and fished on the no fishing side next to us and nothing was done about that. Double standards because there was people spending the day on the fishing side but did not have a rod...

Very nice place to spend some time to get away from the busy day to day runs.
They could however pay more attention to the facilities like the bathrooms, the camp site directions and the roads. More attention could also be given to the appearance of the camp sites by daily cleaning.
The reception and entrance staff could be more infomative with regards to camp sites and activities in the park.
With all of this said i will definitly go back for...
