Incredible experience. The guides are amazing. Only issue is the rude, arrogant manager. Firstly she treats her staff like dirt in front of customers ahead of the tour and after (honestly don't know how they are all so friendly after enduring her verbal abuse) and she was also extremely rude to us. We arrived 30mins prior to our booking as instructed. We were then told that it would be a 3 hour activity and one in our group could not partake . We asked if we could quickly take her back to our accommodation (5mins away) and all front of house staff obliged. Find a new manager, the rest of your team is great. Oh and just another small tip - possibly take less people per sessions (restrict to 6 or even 8) We were 11 in our group and 11 in group ahead of us, meaning we waited at least 40mins at...

The staff was quite friendly and lively. They make you feel safe. Be careful not to drop your phone if it isn't attached to you in some way. The whole experience is a well...
