Noko Resort — Attraction in Polokwane Local Municipality

Fairly new with enormous potential. However, the owners don’t seem to be paying attention to the small details of a new establishment. Although they open on weekends only, the restaurant will disappoint you, we visited on a Sunday and more than half the items on the menu were not available. Grate menu I must say. Really loved our 7k hike. They offer 5,7 & 12k hikes at R100.00 pp (pre- booking is essential). When making contact with the establishment, the number on the internet doesn’t get answered but rather send a WhatsApp text to the same number (don’t expect an immediate response though). We initially went there for the hike and ended up loving the place. The staff was super friendly and there's also table service . This place is growing into something big,I can already see it based on the work in progress.Id really like to go camp there sometime. Menu however was limited and no snacks either.They should atleast consider a vending machine especially for hiking treats. On that note....the signs on the hike need redoing and another thing was the litter along the trails.I mean who litters in nature of all places?Clearly some education around that is necessary. One of the worst experiences ever. Had booked for Quad biking for a number of people only to be told that some of the bikes were not functional. The bikes that we used then broke down during the ride and had to stop mid-way while the guides fixed them. When we told the reception they just shrugged and issued a weak apology non-chalantly. When I asked if they could at least offer free drinks or a plate of wings for the inconvenience, they just laughed it off and flat out refused. Never going to this place again.
