Read moreTodayâs visit to Oldenburg was simply next level! From the tasting to the sommelier, and of course, those incredible viewsâit was all absolutely outstanding. đ
We opted for the 8 Elements Tasting and had the pleasure of being guided by our incredibly knowledgeable sommelier, Petronella (or just P đ). Every single wine was absolutely incredible, but the standouts for me were the Cab Franc and, surprisingly, the Chardonnay. We donât usually prefer Chardonnay, but this one is in a league of its ownânext level for sure! đ
We even got a sneaky taste of the 2012 Syrah, which was pouring perfectly after 12 years! đ
I have to get back to Oldenburg in the summer because I can only imagine how gorgeous this place will be. Cannot wait! đ Highly recommended, but make sure you give yourself plenty of extra time to savor the full tasting...

Entry: 160 (2 wines). Mid 250 (7 wines). Not sure about the...
