This place is absolutely incredible, you have to visit Zulu Croc if you get the chance to. Our game ranger recommended this place to us and it was 10/10. our guide Nathan gave us an absolutely amazing guided tour, when it ended after one hour we were sad because we could have listened to him for hours longer. This place is taking care of wounded animals or animals that had to be taken away from owners because of poor treatment which means this facility fosters them back to health and then take them back if possible. Otherwise they make sure the animals are treated well, getting all the food and medicine they need to have a good life. Nathan is so knowledgeable and he has so much respect for the animals, it‘s beautiful to see. They also offer field trips for schools to educate the children on snakes and crocs and how to behave when encountering them, so they don’t hurt the animals. They offer these field trips to underprivileged kids too, which we found heartwarming. 10/10! You can call on WhatsApp in advance and ask when the guided tour takes place. Don’t miss out on this wonderful opportunity to learn more about these beautiful reptiles! Thank you...

We were at the restaurant. Weren't happy at all, as the chips had been cooked in old oil! Not only that, when you walked to the restaurant, could smell old oil. We then went through the park, and thought that it was a little bit run down. Hardly any snakes and the pools that the crocs were in were extremely dirty!! We were there approximately 5 years ago and it was awesome back then! Needs attention. We wasted R700. The snake area was dark and dingy! The cage that the forest cobra was in had nothing in it besides water and sand. The cage that the pythons were in, the water hadn't been cleaned in ages, it was full of faeces! ! Sorry guys but the last time the 4 of us there it was far better. Now, Not being...

Lovely venue. Clean, well maintained pens. My only gripe is that the snake enclosures weren't well marked. I would have loved to learn some detail on each snake. The snake enclosures were so well setup, clean and ventilated. We will most definitely visit again and next time take family and friends along.

The on site restaurant, Rafiki's is an absolute gem. The food is delicious (best Foccacia I've ever eaten), the waitrons are friendly, efficient and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I can't wait to...

Zulu Croc offers you some great viewing of different species of crocodiles. The enclosures are well kept and the animals are well cared for. They also have baby and juvenile crocodiles on the premises. We spent an hour walking around and enjoyed watching these creatures go about their business. Other animals that you can see include a variety of snakes and spiders; though, for me, the crocodiles were the winner. Guided tours are also an option. If you get hungry - there is a restaurant on site.

We eventually visited this business after many of times of passing it on our travels to the coast. I would definitely recommend this place for any nature lover or enthusiast. Place and amenities are well designed, food and the menu was excellent and personal were very friendly. Animals were well looked after and many firsts were experienced when referring to the snakes. This should be a definite stop if you are in the area.

We had such a wonderful time at Zulu Croc Hluhluwe! The reptiles are very impressive and clearly well looked after. The Rafiki Restaurant was also a real treat – the steaks were delicious and tasteful, paired with a crispy, fresh salad. Of course, our server Ntunthu was kind, attentive, and quick with our order, which made the experience even better. Thank you, Zulu Croc, for a truly great experience! Werner & Tisha
