We stayed in the Blue Crane Lodge. There were many great things about the villa - the hot tub with the amazing views, the lovely swimming pool and the beautiful walks on the farm. The villa is spacious and quite well equipped. However, there was only 1 set of crockery and cutlery per person which meant we had to wash the dishes or put the dishwasher on after every meal. There is not generator or inverter so there's loadshedding on the farm. They did not provide any candles or torches and we only found the gas stove tucked away in a cupboard on our last day. They provided some lovely toiletries but only enough for single use so we needed to provide our own. Generally a lovely place but I didn't feel it was good value for money.
