I used Google Maps and Got Lost twice, I took the route via Thathe Vondo route which took me to an endless gravel road not so great for a 2 wheel drive (more than an hour of gravel road), I suggest you compare the route with other maps app before traveling. Find a route that travels/passes via khubvi.
Unfortunately you will have to navigate through the site alone with no boards or anything to help. Muswubi Resort offers a top view of the potholes with a history background and interesting facts about the place but they don’t give on site walking tours.

Was there just after some heavy rainfall now in Jan 2024 so enjoyed a swim in the river too.
Couldnt really get too close to see the potholes due to no fencing or safety lines as I was walking with kids and elderly family...
