Crystal Sun Water Park — Attraction in Tshwane Ward 4

Honestly this place is a cute spot. I must say I am really irritated at the mediocre service I got from Lebogang and Mareth I think that’s her name pardon me if I’m wrong. I believe management should take accountability for the poor service or mistakes made by their employees. The fact that I had to pay more money for a fault where my tags were given to other people. Then the person failing to take accountability and the owner blaming me for the situation and saying I should’ve booked when I called and was told it’s not needed because it’s a weekend and there will be adults. For a person who visits a lot of water resorts I’ve seen very better and more efficient way in handling big groups. Hopefully the resort can learn new ways to effectively handle big groups and also the coming in and going out of the resort there was no order what’s so ever. The fact that they do not search for weapons is just something else. It’s nice that they offer entertainment in a form of having a dj but having that and having people being intoxicated and using glass bottles/glasses with no visible security is just a receipy for disaster. This is honestly fun valley 2.0 it is definitely not a place for people looking for a more classy place to have an excursion.

The toilets are disgusting and they smell!

Plenty of braai stands for people to use.

Staff at the poor area are very handy and vigilant.

Place can be cleaner cause it just gave out dirty vibes, if there is work done at least clean up the logs.

Please add more adult pools.

But non the less the people I brought there had fun so that’s all...

The fact that diving into the pools is strictly prohibited bores me the most🤞🏽💯,i know y'all care bout safety but some of us know how to swim an we want to take it to another leve we want to dive in style not just paddling through the water😩✅️!!!!!If I wanted to just swim i would've went to a cheap resort so I want more space and freedom but I can't get that here😩👀,I paid to get in and enjoy myself but I can't🤞🏽😭💯,please resolve this issue some of us really don't enjoy our selves even the guards are too controlling they'll kick little kids out of the pools like they are filthy animals😩,please hire guards who know how to do their job an take care of kids🙏🥹.But I don't wanna lie i like the place the only problem is I just can't dive...

Yhoo chaos...... We booked our lapa early to avoid disappointments but when we arrived people were already occupied our space but they did leave with no hustle then 1 hr later other people crowded our space in spite of us telling them that its our space they bullied their way into our lapa telling us there's enough space for everyone... We ended up saying nothing worse those people were even smoking that time I had a 2yrs baby, mt mom whose 79yrs of age my sister whose asthmatic and a preg person.

So my appeal to the park owners, please put barrier lines on the lapas to avoid people crushing when others have made...
