Barberton Nature Reserve — Attraction in Umjindi Local Municipality

Wanted to go into the reserve at 11:25. Checked the website pricing said R25 per adult and R5 per car. When we got there the gaurd wasn't even in the office at the entrance. When my fiance wanted to go pay he wanted to charge us double and in the log book she saw that the previous people before us were charged the R25 as advertised. Sorry but I will not be recommending this place and I haven't even been inside. I'm sure it's beautiful and the animals are amazing but if the staff is going to rip people off as they choose I rate stay away. Don't know if he thought we were tourists but still. It appears as if the people are cconfusing this with the geotrail. Very nice nature reserve. Reasonably good birding but can get very hot in summer. Would also highly recommend...
