1 star is actually too high for what we went through. After paying over R14000, we ended up with 1 broken arm, 3 flipped quad bikes and multiple injuries.

Each and everyone of the students I booked on quad biking described it as complete chaos. Zero organization!

highlights and summary of the disaster is as follows: •semi automatic bikes were given to inexperienced riders ( no mention of semi automatic bikes prior to the trip )and no proper explanation of how to use it •1 student with a broken arm(in 2 places) and fractured hip. No warning from guide about the sharp dip ahead. •3 flipped quad bikes( which according to Haadin was as a result of reckless driving ) •a student was lost in the dunes for 15 minutes( no guides in sight •4 bikes promptly stopped working at various points during the trip, and that was there end of their trip •1 bike stopped working after 5 MINUTES due to NO PETROL being in the bike. •students were told to arrive at 10:30, only started riding at 11:20 as a result of too few quad bikes being available ( note there were only 8 people riding on the first round) •Haadin DID NOT contact me to explain what happened , heard it all through my students •Haadin blamed it solely on my students and in response to the broken arm received, he said 2 of his quads were damaged.

Please avoid booking with Haadin, absolutely disgraceful. Simply a complete disregard for safety, care and organization.

And once more Haadin( the owner ) DID NOT so much as attempt to make contact with me until I called him the following week. At the beginning of the call he was nonchalant and not bothered, blaming my students for reckless driving and did not once apologize. He saw an opportunity to make quick money and took it.

It has been 1 year this month that my friend and I started our road running journey with Haadien. I decided to ask him to be our personal trainer as he has been running for years (marathons, ultra marathons) and he has a wealth of experience. From day 1 we realized that this was no ordinary personal coaching. His approach was very dynamic, eventhough we thought training for road races meant only running on the road. A great thing about the training is that times are flexible and this made it easier to put in the hours needed to achieve my goals. I recently had the pleasure of going rock climbing with my friend, and I must say, it was an experience to remember! Haadin and his colleague were absolute rock stars, providing us with excellent service and ensuring we had a great time.

Despite the notorious Cape Town winds, we felt completely safe in the hands of these consummate professionals. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire adventure, making us feel confident and at ease.
