Yeah! This is kind of interesting. A spot in the middle of Sihwa dike between Yellow sea and artificial Sihwa lake. You may either watch aircrafts approaching Incheon airport or enjoy 360 deg. view of the surroundings including the world's biggest tidal power plant from the top of the observation tower. Power plant history museum is also available for free. Not easy to park a car here though.

A beautiful place to stop by if you are on the way to Daebu-do. It has free parking lot and free observatory for stunning view of the island nearby. Also, it has park for a nice walk and picnic. Toilets are clean, food stalls sell delicious food, I like their 10 won cheese cake.

We really like this place for the view and the park outside but the rest area facilities are very dated including the interior cafe and there is only one coffee shop with I think has overpriced coffee and not many options other than the basic rest area you would visit...
