Deokgu Oncheon Hotel — Attraction in Buk-myeon

The property is managed by same company for Seolhaeone and famous for its hot spring. It is the only natural hot spring in Korea and boasts the best water quality containing alkalinity at 42.4 degree. It is known as good for some adult diseases such as neuralgia, arthritis, muscle pain, skin disease, diabetes, etc.

The natural hot spring water comes out from the nature. It has beautiful scenery inside the mountain, along with the clear valley and rocks. The gentle tracking trails through the valkeys toward the top of the mountain while experiencing world-famous bridges are beautiful and excellent!

There are hot spring hotel and condominium. As the property is renovated, the rooms are in good condition, clean and spacious with good view over mountain, especially good for family trip.

It seems to be far from Seoul (about 4 hours drive), BUT once you arrive, you feel like you come to the right place for relaxation and visit again. This property can be summarized with 5 adjectives: calm, clean, kind, relaxing...

We were a bit hesitant to stay here based on some of the older reviews, but we are glad that we did. The hotel has been recently renovated and it is very nice and clean inside now. We didn't have a reservation and they didn't have a room for 4 which had beds and included the spa tickets in the package, so we looked at 2 different rooms before deciding to stay here (one with 2 beds that sleeps 3 and one with no beds that sleeps 4). We ended up getting two rooms with beds, so our teenage boys had their own room. It was clearly a slow time of year and we were here on a weekday, so we got a good deal. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The spa was fine, but not incredible. We had dinner in the onsite restaurant and it was fine, but not outstanding. They have both Korean and western food and we had some of each. They serve breakfast but we didn't try it. When I arrived, even the taxi driver thought it was dodgy. It was technically a love motel despite the agoda listing. It was very clean, quiet and I really liked the neighbourhood. If you just want a clean place in Daegu Town consider this. It has buses at the door and skyrail close (
