This was an unexpected find! Not too full and free, just be prepared for stairs stairs and more stairs! There is a great view of the city from the observation deck in the tower. There are also some nice trees and gardens around the tower, especially in cherry blossom time (early April). Up, up, up the stairs we go!

Went up early, around 10am. Small crowd but managed to grab the first paid tram up. Queue was at least 30x longer, spilling onto the streets, when we passed by around 4pm. View was spectacular, should take <1hr with the tram ride up. Its possible to walk up but only recommended for fitter people :)

I think it should be viewed as a hill rather than a mountain. The owl statues of various shapes are impressive, and it is a great park to build up with your loved ones a variety of sports facilities and precious memories.

This is a nice place to break away from the city life and to spend time in nature . The monorail offers something out of the ordinary and I can imagine that kids will find it very exciting . The view over the sea is spectacular if you go all the way to the top of the hill...
