Cheonan Hong Dae Yong Science Museum — Attraction in Cheonan-si

Hong Daeyong Science Museum is located in Cheonan. Admission is 3,000 won for adults, 2,000 won for middle and high school students and 1,500 won for elementary school students. There are four floors in total, and the first floor is a space where you can explore science deeply. On the third floor, you can learn about the person named Hong Dae-yong, and on the fourth floor, you can observe the celestial body with a telescope. People were great! The museum was WELL off the beaten path, but very nice and well maintained. The planeary and observatory were nice. Biggest hiccup was very little English. A few employees spoke a little and there was an English brochure, but none of the exhibits or shows had English available. Some of the interactive pieces were neat, but my 3.5 year old was too...

The facility has a clean appearance and convenient parking. The exhibitions are well organized, and the staff members are friendly. I hope there will be more hands-on activities for preschool...
