Daecheong Lake Viewpoint — Attraction in Daejeon

The lake's perimeter is almost 200km long but I hiked a small part and the trail and the views from higher ground was great - it was very up and down and a bit rocky - bear in mind you need proper hiking shoes.

There is a small shop, toilet facilities, a large free car park and a small eatery in the main area.

You can actually walk on the dam and view a large portion of the lake and its emerald green water but the trail surrounding the lake is nice and quiet if you want to enjoy...

I had a fantastic day out there. It's best if you rent a car to reach that lake from the Woosong University campus. I highly recommend buying tickets for Divine Garden there. You could spend your whole day walking inside the garden and have some food in the cafe inside. The view of the lake, ⛰️ is astonishing. ✨️✨️✨️✨️🇰🇷🏡🌟

It's a nice place to stop and look at the view. Not much here. Just a few parking spots and a small pavilion for sitting and getting out of the rain. However the view is pretty darn good on good days. There is a primative restroom around the corner. If there are cars and you don't see anyone, they are likely down fishing at the lake or possibly up...
