This is a pretty neat temple.

It's accessible by public transit. The fee to enter is pretty reasonable. There is a lot of stuff in the area as well and lots of places to have a snack or a meal, although most of the venders are pretty aggressive so that's a bit annoying.

Aside from that though the actual temple area consists of a huge variety of trails going upto several hundred feet across many km so for hiking enthusiastic people it's a good spot as well if the temple itself isn't that interesting to...

The place is very beautiful and peacefull, parking lots available, lots of places to try Korean traditional dishes all before entering the area with temples, welcoming people and very eager to assist you. The entrance at the temple was 3000 krw for an adult and a few toilets every now an then on the way up to the temples. U can get a lot of different souvenirs that are quite expensive in my opinion. The experience was a very nice one๐Ÿ‘I would totally...

This temple is a short and easy walk on paved roads / wooden boardwalks up the hill from the ticket booth and park entrance. There are also bathrooms, food stalls and souvenir vendors here, so whatever you're into, stopping here...

Quite nice temple which is not so far away from the city (like 50 minutes by bus from KAIST and then maybe 15 minutes walking). We came in Saturday morning and it wasn't that crowded. It was quite busy in the afternoon on our way back.
