Very interesting museum spread over two floors at the top of what was the tallest building in Gwangju in May 1981. A place where numerous civilians were massacred by a military suppression of citizens’ right to protest and call for democracy. There are numerous bullet holes inside the building. The diorama on display is a thought-provoking demonstration of the events taking place at that time.
