Completed the multi-day ridge hike solo from East to West, traversing Jirisan National Park in 3D2N as a foreigner.
While I was hiking alone, I met several very nice hikers that offered food to me and we had very nice conversations. Definitely was not expecting this - I absolutely love the Korean hiking culture.
I wrote a guide on how you could stay overnight on Korea's mountains/national parks on my blog/socials and more information on the hike from East to West (compared to the usual West to East route)!
