Completed the multi-day ridge hike solo from East to West, traversing Jirisan National Park in 3D2N as a foreigner.

While I was hiking alone, I met several very nice hikers that offered food to me and we had very nice conversations. Definitely was not expecting this - I absolutely love the Korean hiking culture.

But it was absolutely worth it!!! I do recommend it to anyone, even those who are not really into hiking, because this area can change...

The ascent to the trail as well as the ridge was challenging enough, but when you get to the peak, it gets darn near completely vertical. It's worth it though. Absolutely the best hike I...
