This is Seonunsa Temple[禪雲寺], or the main architecture of significance, or group of buildings to be found inside the grounds of Seonunsa Temple National Park [禪雲寺道立公園]. Well worth a visit, if you love beautiful trees and breathe taking scenery. This temple has absolutely beautiful grounds, especially in Autumn when the leaves are brownish red and falling, it is truly a sight to wonder. Here I am going to explain how to get from Seoul to here . Well first you get a train ride from Seoul Yongsan Station, and get off at a nearby town called Jeongeup(井邑), you find some cheap motels near this railway station and book several nights of accommodation here. I'm assuming you are also visiting other parks nearby, at roughly one night per park of time. You need two nights for just visiting Seonunsa Park if you going to spend a whole day there.

As you get out of Jeongup[井邑] railway station, your first task is to try to find the Tourist Information Office (井邑综合旅游咨询中心) which is situated just outside the train station. You ask how and where to catch the earliest bus which usually means a bus going in the morning, to go to Seonunsa Temple[禪雲寺] or Seonunsa National Park. You point the destination on the map at the Tourist Office. The important thing is you must make sure, the return journey, the last bus leaves when, and where from the park area, how frequent they come back to Jeongeup so that you can be at your hotel, before too dark.

You can of course take beautiful pictures at this park, spend a whole lazy day, or an intense day walking around the whole parkland. You need to carry some drinking water, and there will be public toilets and fast-food near the entrance of the park. A really great experience, most gentle walkers should be able to accomplish...

This is a beautiful Buddhist temple located by the foot of the mountain with a river running beside it. From the parking lot, it's quite a walk to get to the temple. It's a relaxing walk though because there are so many trees and if you come here at the right time in the month of September, the path is covered with vibrant red spider lilies.

We came a little late so we did not see any spider lilies but we still enjoyed our time. It was raining too but it was still very beautiful.

This is an old temple built in the the late 500AD. So there's so much history in this place that the Koreans are still able...

The famous dish in this town is eel fish. At the entrance you will see a lot of shop selling stuffs, I did try the barbecue Ginkgo taste was bitter, but the black berry juice was good but have a...
